The Lovely Green Wedding Event will showcase some of Yorkshire's finest wedding and event suppliers whose approach to business features an ethical or eco-friendly twist.
The event, to be held on 19 October at the ‘Weddings and Wellies' wedding venue on a working farm in West Yorkshire, is abandoning the traditional wedding show format by putting on hay rides, live music, produce sampling and a fair trade tea in a beautiful rural setting.
The Lovely Green Wedding Event is the brainchild of Claire Ellis of Weddings and Wellies, Ethical Weddings supplier, Dee Grismond of cherrygorgeous eco wedding stationery, and Olivia Brabbs of Olivia Brabbs Photography, who met through Forward Ladies, a Yorkshire businesswomen's networking group.
When:1pm - 4pm on Sunday 19 October
Where: Low Farm in Norristhorpe, West Yorkshire
How much? Ticket prices are £10 each or £15 for two, including an organic fair trade afternoon tea served on vintage china
