Toastmaster Paul Grant
With over sixteen years experience in the City of London and at the highest level, I will be delighted to assist in making your Wedding Breakfast, Banquet, Dinner or other special event even more special. A Toastmaster is not just someone who makes loud announcements, but is in reality your floor-manager for the day, ensuring that everything is where it should be, when it should be and in the manner in which you wish it to be. He will meet and liaise with the caterers and venue management, greet your guests on arrival and ensure that they are refreshed and in the correct place. He will check the seating-plan, the cake, the decoration and any presentations you may be making. When it is time for speeches, he will gently and quietly brief those who are to speak, in the correct order and give them words of encouragement if necessary. In short, the Toastmaster will assume responsibility for the entire running of your event, allowing you to sit back and enjoy your day as you rightly should.
